For those flying in, there is a complimentary shuttle from Love Field Airport. There is an onsite restaurant and bar as well as several eateries nearby.

For those driving, parking is free.

For those of you in the DFW area, we encourage you to stay the night as well! We always reminisce into the wee hours, well after the scheduled activities are concluded and no one should limit their fun or safety by having to drive home at the end of the night! The added attendance will decrease overhead and help us build a rapport with the hotel that will be rewarded in even better rates for the next rendevous!
