• Does the hotel have a pool?

-Yes, the hotel has a pool and hot tub. Management has allowed us use of the pool for extended hours; the sign will still say closed at 10pm but we can stay until 2 AM.

• Can I bring my family?

-As always, any of your loved ones are welcome to join the fun...as long as you're okay with them listening to folks tell old war stories of the glory days. ;) Also, every room is a suite equipped with a pull out couch so you may not even need to book additional rooms!

• What is the "dress code" for the reunion?

-Dress is extremely casual at the hotel, but feel free to dress up with friends and go out on the town if you wish.

• Can we bring outside food and beverage?

-The Embassy Suites has no restrictions on bringing your own food and have mini refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms.  Per Texas law and safety standards, the hotel does not permit glass or open alcohol containers on premises. Per management, IF you're going to bring alcohol what you do in your room is your business but  if you're out and about on site, cover up your non glass beverage or put it in a cup.

• What do I do if I'm having trouble with my reservation?

- Call Embassy Suites directly at 214-357-4500 ; there have been very few issues but the hotel reservation staff have been quick to correct them.
